I was living in upstate NY when the Ice Storm hit putting us without power for more than 20 days. What was I to do? I went to my local fire hall where numerous volunteer firefighters were there to assist but also a battalion from Fort Drum's 10th Mountain Division. Did I forget to mention the fire hall's large commercial kitchen as well as more than 100 hungry volunteers? Yes, I got to cook for these wonderful folks for 20 + days, 3 meals a day plus snacks and it was the most rewarding time I have ever had.

An appreciation of life long learning drives me to seek opportunities to experience new foods and recipes. From the grapes & olives of Italy to Vermont's local chefs & restaurants I have embraced all they have to offer. In 2009 I finally decided to explore this passion. So I have been cooking up a storm and travelling to learn more about my heritage as well as develop new recipes.

So ask yourself; "Do you appreciate foods that taste good but don't have the time /desire to make them yourself"? Catering services range from full buffet set-up, delivery only or pick up at my home.
